Ongoing Amazon Issue Prevents Me From Leaving Reviews

I have been an Amazon customer in the United States for many years and at some point several years ago I was silently banned from leaving customer reviews on Amazon.com. I have never received any email or in‑app notification explaining a policy violation, and I am not aware of any reviews of mine ever being removed or reported. My reviewing ability simply disappeared without any reason being given and without any understandable basis for such a sanction. Since then I have repeatedly tried to resolve this through Amazon’s online customer service. I have spent a lot of time in chats, including with supervisors, and I am always told that the issue will be looked into and that I will be contacted within 48 hours. No one ever contacts me and nothing changes on my account. Today, for example, the supervisor I was chatting with told me to use a website link that I was already on, which is the only reason I was able to be chatting with her at all. Before I could even point out that this instruction made no sense, she ended the conversation and left the chat. This kind of unhelpful and dismissive customer service has left me extremely frustrated. My clear and simple request is that Amazon restore my ability to leave customer reviews on my account, or at the very least provide a clear and specific explanation if there is some legitimate reason for this ban. I would like this matter to be investigated properly instead of being passed around in chats without any real response.
