Amazon UK Hasn't Dispatched My Order After a Month

I ordered a Dreo 40–45 inch tower fan from Amazon UK on 7 July for £129.99. According to the tracking information, the item has still not been dispatched and the estimated delivery date has now moved to 7 August. Waiting an entire month for a standard delivery of this item is, in my view, unreasonable and not what I expected when placing the order. I needed the fan much sooner and the lack of dispatch after this amount of time is causing me inconvenience. I request that Amazon urgently resolves this issue by either dispatching the product as soon as possible with an earlier delivery date, or by clearly confirming my options to cancel the order and receive a full refund if the delay cannot be corrected promptly.
