I Face an Unexpected Amazon Order Cancellation for a Birthday Gift
On 27 May, I ordered a Quartz watch from the brand Americanviber on Amazon as a gift for my father’s upcoming birthday. The order number is 404-2546747-6257920. Today I saw that the order was cancelled without my request or approval. When I contacted customer service, I was only told that they are unable to deliver, but I was not given any clear or satisfactory explanation. This situation has caused me both inconvenience and disappointment, as the watch was specifically ordered as a birthday gift and I had planned according to the promised delivery date. I request that my order be reinstated and the same Quartz watch be delivered to me as soon as possible, preferably before my father’s birthday, so that I can give him the gift I planned.
