I Face Amazon Refund Delay After Returning Wrong Product


I ordered Goboult W60 earbuds from Amazon under order number #402-6998806-5179507. I received the wrong product, so I returned the item on April 15 and selected a refund to my UPI account.
However, even though many days have passed since the return was completed, the refund has still not been credited to my account. I contacted Amazon customer support and was told that they would look into the issue, but there has been no update or progress, and the amount is still not reflected in my UPI account.
This delay is causing me inconvenience, as I returned the product within the required timeframe and fulfilled all my responsibilities as a customer. I request that my refund for this order be processed and credited to my UPI account without any further delay. I also ask to be clearly informed about the current status and the expected completion date of this refund.
