Amazon Account Verification Issue – Unable To Submit Documents

My Amazon.com US account linked to the email address zhanglongqiang***@gmail.com was closed on April 9 due to a verification issue. Since then, for about three days, I have been unable to access the verification page at all, so I cannot upload any required documents, and all email contact channels related to this issue appear to be blocked for me. Previously, Amazon asked me to verify my account once, and I already submitted documents, but the verification failed, and I was not given a practical way to correct or resubmit them. This has put me in a very passive position, especially because I now have a valid bank verification letter from Capital One that I am ready to provide, yet I have no functioning page or channel to upload it. I contacted Amazon customer service via the official Amazon support account on the X platform, but they only directed me to general help pages and FAQ content and did not offer any concrete solution to reopen the verification page or to review my documents. I found this response insufficient and unhelpful, given that my account is closed and I cannot move forward on my side. I respectfully request that Amazon manually review my new verification documents, including my Capital One bank verification letter, and reopen my Amazon.com account. I also ask that you restore my access to the verification page or provide a clear alternative method to submit my documents so this issue can finally be resolved.
