Amazon Delivered Damaged Whiskas Junior Cat Food Without Solution


I placed an order from Amazon for Whiskas junior wet cat food, 9 packs of 4 pieces each, and received the delivery in Eskişehir on 19 May. The products were delivered in an improper way, the packages were damaged and some of them had leaked, so they were not suitable for my cat’s consumption. I paid a total of ₺402 for this order and I have not received any refund or replacement so far. After noticing the damage, I contacted Amazon customer service and sent photos of the damaged and leaking products multiple times. Despite clearly showing the situation, I was informed that they would not resolve the issue, and my request was rejected. I request that my order be resent as the same order and quantity (9 packs x 4 Whiskas junior wet cat food) in a proper box and packaging so that the products are not damaged during delivery.
