Karaca Coffee Machine Vanishes from Amazon - Product Listing Error
When I saw the Karaca Hatır Hüps coffee machine at a reasonable price on Amazon.com.tr, I wanted to buy it. However, when I added it to my cart, regardless of which address I chose, I received an error message stating that the product couldn't be delivered to the specified address. I contacted Amazon customer service to report the issue. They assured me that the matter would be resolved within 48 hours after being forwarded to the relevant department, but to my dismay, I noticed that the product had been removed from the site without any explanation or updates. Why would you list a product on the site if you weren't going to sell it? This is not the level of service I expect from Amazon, especially after having many positive experiences with their American service. It's disappointing to see such shortcomings in our country, tarnishing the reputation of the company.
