I bought the "K96 Wireless Mechanical Keyboard" from another country on December 1st using the Amazon.com.tr website. The product is marked as shipped on the tracking screen for the cargo. But, when the keyboard didn't come after 20 days, I reached out to customer service and they told me, after a 20-day wait, that they couldn't send the product because there was an issue with barcoding at the warehouse (while I'm still waiting for the package to arrive).
After that, I contacted Amazon on Twitter. They marked the order as lost and gave a refund after one day. When I reached out to Amazon customer service again after a couple of days, they told me that the product was available and could be shipped if I bought it again. I placed another order for the same product on December 22nd, but it hasn't been shipped for 4 days. When I reached out to customer service again, they told me that there was another issue with the barcoding process. They said they wouldn't send me the product and used the same excuse as before.
I'm mainly worried that there's a problem with my cargo when it's being barcoded. Based on the comments, it seems like other customers also got the same keyboard in December. Why hasn't my shipment arrived for a whole month? The images I've attached show messages from our customer representative.
