Amazon Support Not Working for Locked Account Recovery

I am writing about a serious problem I am experiencing with my Amazon.com account, which was blocked today because I answered the secret question incorrectly. Since the account was blocked, I have been completely unable to reach Amazon support in order to resolve the issue. I am trying to access my account and support from Greece. However, the chat support does not work for me, and the “call me” feature also does not work, so I have no effective way to contact Amazon and verify my identity. The only issue with the account is that I have forgotten the answer to the secret question; I have not changed country, phone number, or email, and there is nothing unusual about the account apart from this. I request that my Amazon.com account be unblocked and that I be given an alternative way to verify my identity, preferably via a phone call. I am ready to provide any necessary information so that my account can be safely restored and I can continue using Amazon’s services.
