Amazon Took Money For The Product It Did Not Send

On 09.03.2023, I ordered a product of 13,088.72 TL on amazon. After placing the order, I got an email that it was cancelled. My order was deleted from the system. I spoke to Amazon officials, they said that the payment was not made, so my order was cancelled. Then I called the bank and talked about it. The bank said that the payment was withdrawn from them and they sent me the slip about it. Then the call-center said that the payment would reach me by the 20th of the month at the latest. I waited even though I knew it would not arrive, then I called amazon again on March 22 and stated that the payment was not refunded. They asked me to e-mail the slip. I forwarded the slide to amazon via mail. In a short time, one of the so-called account experts called me and said that another order was placed on top of the order and that I saw him on the statement. I did not have access to the account at that time and could not control it. Later, when I entered my account, I saw that the order was not confirmed and there was no change. I called the bank to be sure again, but the bank said the fee was deducted from them. I called amazon again and the people in customer service said that they had registered again and that I would be called in a few days. I waited, they did not call, I called back. In the same way, the girl they connected to me has no authority, she registered again and waited to be called again. For about 20 days, I repeated the same things to every customer representative I called without breaking my mouth. Last Friday, I said that if I am not called within a week, I will sue them for "QUALIFIED fraud". I still haven't been called, I will talk to my lawyer after the holiday. They refuse a product they paid for, claiming that they did not receive the fee, even though I have a slip in my hand and send it to them. During this time, I talked to their representatives 5-6 times, although I told them that we are constantly repeating the same story, although they said that I would be called in a few days, there was no progress.
