Amazon Sent a Belt Instead of the Watch Combo I Ordered

On 3 August I ordered an “ADAMO Aritocrat Couple Combo Men's & Women's Premium Analog Watch” on Amazon from the seller Legacy Latched, and I received the package on 8 August. However, instead of the watches, the package contained only a belt. I contacted Amazon customer care and was informed that the order would be picked up according to the date shown on Amazon. On my account it has been showing “return started” for more than a month, but no pickup date has been provided and no further action has been taken on the return. Since I did not receive the watch combo I paid for and the return process is not progressing, I request a full refund to be issued to me as soon as possible.
