Amazon Request to Resolve Incorrect Order Quantity
Dear Amazon Turkey Customer Service, I recently placed an order for a pair of CRESSI fins, as the product title included the term “paletleri” (which is plural in Turkish), and the images clearly showed a pair of fins. There was no clear indication on the product page regarding the unit or quantity of the item being shipped. However, upon receiving the initial shipment, I found that it contained only one fin, not a pair. I immediately contacted Amazon customer service and explained the issue. The representative informed me that this was likely due to a warehouse system error, and confirmed that the product is indeed listed in the system as a pair. I was advised to return the incorrect item and place a new order, which would be fulfilled correctly as a pair. Following this advice, I cancelled the first order and placed a new one — in fact, I ordered two sets this time: one for myself and another for a friend. Unfortunately, upon receiving the new shipment today, I was surprised to find that it still only contained 2 individual fins (1 pair), instead of the 2 pairs I ordered. I once again contacted customer service and provided all details along with a summary of my previous interaction. Despite this, I have yet to receive a clear or satisfactory resolution. As someone who greatly appreciates the high standards and transparency Amazon brings to the Turkish market, I kindly request that this issue be resolved appropriately. It’s evident from my order history and support communications that this situation did not arise due to any mistake on my part, but rather due to a miscommunication or systemic error on your end. Therefore, I respectfully request that the missing 1 pair of fins be shipped to me without any additional cost or, alternatively, that an appropriate solution be offered to remedy the situation. Thank you in advance for your attention and support. I look forward to your prompt response. Kind regards, Mehmet G*** D*** BC046934 mgoktug****@gmail.com
