Amazon Rejected My Ultenic U10 Pro Vacuum Replacement Request

On May 26, 2025, I ordered an Ultenic U10 Pro Cordless Upright Vacuum Cleaner (White), which has 2 years of Amazon protection, from Amazon Türkiye for my family living in an earthquake zone in Adıyaman. Order number: 405-3931917-5574709. The product was used for about 40 days without any problems, but at the end of this period, despite the battery being full of parts, the vacuum cleaner started to run out of battery after not even 5 minutes of operation. I think this may be a problem caused by the battery being stored in storage for a long time. The product has won different awards and despite extensive testing, the problem persisted. The charge, which used to take 15-25 minutes on first use, is now taking less than 5 minutes. I contacted Amazon customer service and requested a replacement. I sent the product for a refund, but after an inspection at the warehouse, my exchange request was rejected due to a user report. However, there is no evidence of user misuse of the product. The explanation email from Amazon did not provide clear information about the cause of the problem. I purchased the product from Amazon and it comes with both an invoice and a two-year warranty. I paid a total of ₺6,005.55. The seller and shipper are Amazon. I request a replacement for the product, which is under warranty. I request that this grievance be resolved.
