Amazon Refused to Replace My Faulty Philips TV Citing the Refund Process Started

We bought Philips 55PUS8508/62 Android TV via Amazon on 10/08/2024. The product was delivered, the authorized service came and installed the television. After about 3-4 days, a red line appeared along the left edge of the television. We called the service and they came and took the TV. Then the service kept a report and gave a product exchange form. With this form, we were told that we could exchange the product one-for-one from the seller. When we contacted the seller Amazon, they said that the relevant product was not in stock and they could only refund the money. When I trusted their words and checked the system, the product was not in stock, I accepted the refund and sent the product by cargo on 27/09/2024. The product was delivered to them on 02/10/2024. When I looked at their website on 07/10/2024, I saw that the product was back in stock and I contacted them and asked for an exchange with an official report at the Authorized Service instead of a refund. What they told me is that they cannot exchange it because the refund process has started. I have neither been able to use the television for 1.5 months nor have I been able to enforce the replacement warranty given by the service. We have officially become disgraced and victimized with our own money. I cannot buy the same product for the money I paid back then. I trusted the Philips brand and Amazon and bought this television. But I was victimized. I want this grievance to be resolved.
