Amazon Refund Missing After Returning Food Chopper

I purchased an E-COSMOS Food Chopper 900 ml, 4 Blade Steel Large Manual Hand-Press Vegetable Chopper Mixer Cutter from Amazon, with a total order amount of ₹329, and paid using my Amazon Pay balance. I returned the product, and a few days ago the status on Amazon changed to “The carrier has received your return package”. I also received a WhatsApp message on my registered number confirming that my return had been accepted and that the refund was initiated by Amazon on Sunday, 17 May. It was stated that refunds are usually processed within a few hours to Amazon Pay balance, or within 5 business days depending on the payment method. Despite this, my Amazon Pay balance still does not show the refund, even though the stated time frame has passed. In addition, I am currently unable to find any option on Amazon to contact the seller or Amazon customer service directly regarding this missing refund. I request that my refund of ₹329 be processed immediately to my Amazon Pay balance and that I be informed clearly about the status of this refund without further delay.
