Amazon Refund Issues for Defective Headphones
I bought two headphones from Amazon.com Turkey in 2023, and unfortunately, both of them turned out to be defective. I started the return process, and Amazon confirmed that they have processed the refund for one of the headphones. Unfortunately, even after I updated my bank card information on Amazon, the refund was still issued to my old card. After reaching out to my bank, they assured me that there was no refund issued to my previous card. Could you please investigate this issue? Thanks a lot.
