Amazon Refund Delayed for Wrong Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G

I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 5G 128 GB via my Amazon Germany account with order number 306-3108261-1148346. I placed the order on 5 November 2025, but the phone I received was not the product I wanted. After noticing that the item was not the correct one, I immediately initiated a refund process through Amazon and followed the required steps. However, despite proceeding with the refund, I have still not received my money back, and this situation has been ongoing without a clear resolution. I request that my refund be processed immediately in full to my original payment method and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
