Amazon Prime Subscription Charges Continued Without My Awareness

After starting my Amazon Prime membership, I completely forgot about it, and for approximately the last 2 months, subscription fees have continued to be charged regularly from my card. During this entire period, I did not benefit from any of the advantages or services offered by Prime. In total, approximately $4 was charged through two separate payments.

I have also been unable to find a customer service phone number for Amazon where I can directly discuss this issue with a real representative. Instead, I am only redirected through automated system pages, which has made the situation even more frustrating and difficult to manage. This lack of communication and support has caused significant inconvenience regarding both customer service and membership management.

I request that my Prime membership be canceled immediately and that clear and detailed information regarding this process and the related charges be provided to me as soon as possible.
