I was shocked to discover that instead of the expected ₺39.99, Amazon Prime deducted a whopping $14.99 from my account. Despite reaching out through the 'Contact Us' section, I received nothing more than an email stating they would look into it. For those contemplating joining this platform, I strongly advise giving it a second thought. I've noticed this same issue happening to many others, and it's truly disheartening. Unfortunately, due to the rules of the complaint site, I can't provide more details.
