Amazon Edbuosy 27 Nightstand Damaged - Replacement Needed
I purchased an Edbuosy 27” nightstands set of 2 with charging station on Amazon as a gift for my son. I received the nightstands last week and noticed that the laminate is chipped in two places. One chip is on a drawer panel, and another chip is near the charging station. I was able to turn the drawer panel over so the damaged side faces down, but the chipped laminate near the charging station is clearly visible and not easy to cover up. The day after receiving the nightstands, I began contacting the seller through Amazon using the “contact seller” option, as this seemed the most appropriate way to report the problem. Despite this, I have not received any response at all and there has been no attempt to resolve the issue. My Amazon order number is 113-0396890-7013862. Considering that the item arrived with visible damage and that my messages have been ignored so far, I request either a replacement nightstand or a reasonable discount for the damaged one I received. I would like this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
I can get a photo but since the nightstands were a gift for my son, they are no longer in my possession. I did attempt to contact the seller one to two days later but have not heard anything.
I received damaged nightstands, contacted the seller but got no response. I am requesting a discount, and I find Amazon's approach unsatisfactory and am unsure what to do next.
