Amazon Delivery Problem With a Previously Verified Address
I placed an order on Amazon (Order Number 404-9158359-4959502) with my delivery address registered in central Tekirdağ. I first placed this order on October 2. While tracking the shipment, I discovered that the package had been returned to the seller as “undeliverable,” and a refund had subsequently been initiated.
Assuming this was a temporary issue, I placed another order for a similar product on October 7. However, the second shipment was also returned for the same reason, marked as “undeliverable.” I paid approximately $81 in total for both orders. The first order has been refunded, but the refund of approximately $37 for the second order is still pending.
I would like to emphasize that the problem is not with my delivery address. I have received numerous successful deliveries at this same address in the past. Nevertheless, due to what appears to be a technical issue with Amazon's shipping system or its delivery partner, my orders are repeatedly marked as “undeliverable,” leaving me to deal with the consequences.
I cannot accept a situation in which orders are accepted and then returned without any concrete explanation because of a system error, especially when my address is active and has been used successfully for previous deliveries. I request that Amazon and the relevant shipping company identify and permanently resolve the technical issue affecting my address, complete the outstanding refund for my second order as soon as possible, and carry out all necessary checks to prevent this “undeliverable” problem from recurring.
Because of these repeated technical issues and the lack of a clear solution, I am seriously reconsidering whether I will place any further orders with Amazon.
