Amazon Delivery Date for My iPad Air Keeps Getting Postponed
I ordered an iPad Air M4 11-inch tablet through Amazon. I placed my first order on May 3, and during the checkout process there appeared to be no stock issue shown on the website. However, the product was never delivered. When I contacted customer service, they told me that the item was in stock and advised me to cancel my order and place a new one. Following their recommendation, I canceled my first order and created a new one.
I placed my second order on May 11, and once again there was no indication on the website that the product was out of stock. Despite this, the estimated delivery date kept getting postponed repeatedly. Most recently, the package was supposed to be delivered today, but the delivery date was pushed back again until Monday. Having the delivery date continuously delayed in this way has caused both a serious waste of time and major inconvenience.
I request clear and transparent information regarding whether the product is actually in stock or not, and I demand that my iPad Air M4 11-inch tablet be delivered to me urgently and without any further delays.
