Amazon Delivered My Book to the Wrong Address, Need a Replacement
I am writing about an order I placed on Amazon.com (US) on June 27 for the book “As Good as Gold: The Return of Real Money.” When I received the shipment, I realized that I had accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, so the book was delivered to an incorrect location. I have tried to find help through Amazon’s automated system, but I have not been able to get a clear, direct answer or a simple way to resolve this situation. I would like to send this book back to Amazon and have a new copy shipped to my correct address. I am an Amazon Prime member and therefore I expect the return and the reshipment to my correct address to be handled without any extra cost being charged to me. I would appreciate it if you could provide clear instructions for returning this copy and confirm that a replacement will be sent to my correct address under my Prime benefits. I kindly request your support to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
