Amazon Delivered an Empty Package Instead of My Earrings
I ordered a pair of earrings directly from Amazon to my address in Nampa, Idaho. Recently, sometime between about 3 days and 1 week ago, I received a package that was supposed to contain these earrings, but when I opened it, the package was completely empty. On the label of the package it shows codes such as DJT6 and DID3 Cycle1, but there were no items inside. I paid around 10 to 12 dollars for this order. I have not contacted Amazon customer service yet because I do not have a direct phone number, so I am explaining everything here so that this can be investigated. I am very concerned that an empty package was delivered instead of the earrings I purchased, and I am worried that items might be going missing from customers’ orders. I request that Amazon investigate how an empty package was sent to me and clarify whether there is any issue such as loss or theft during packing or delivery. I also want the earrings I purchased to be sent to me as soon as possible, or for the necessary action to be taken so that I receive the product I paid for.
