Amazon Apple Gift Card Code Inaccessible Due to “Temporarily Restricted” Error

I purchased a £15 Apple gift card from Amazon.co.uk last night at around 11:37 pm. The product was sold directly by Amazon, and I received the order confirmation email immediately after my purchase. However, instead of being able to see and use the gift card code, I only received images, and when I try to access the card details I get a message saying that access is temporarily restricted. Because of this restriction, I cannot view or redeem the code and therefore cannot use the gift card I paid for. I have tried to get support but so far I have not received any response from Amazon. I am in urgent need of this gift card and I purchased it specifically to be able to use it right away, but the access problem is preventing that. I kindly request that a new, fully working £15 Apple gift card be provided to me as soon as possible so that I can finally use the balance I paid for, or that any necessary action be taken on your side to immediately lift the “access temporarily restricted” issue on my card.
