Amazon UK Gift Card Code Not Received After Purchase
I purchased an Amazon gift card worth 100 dollars on Amazon UK with order number 204-1083888-0461967 and selected delivery to the email address can692***@gmail.com. I paid for this order with my Visa card. Although I made the purchase yesterday, I still have not received any usable gift card code by email. I checked my email, including spam and junk folders, but there is no code, and I have not been able to use the gift card at all. I have also tried to reach Amazon customer service but I have not received any reply yet. I request that the valid Amazon gift card code for this order be sent promptly to my email address or, if this is not possible, that the 100 dollars I paid be refunded to my Visa card. I also ask to be informed clearly about when and how the gift card code will be delivered to me.
