Purchased Damaged Amazon Card At CVS

I purchased an Amazon gift card with a balance of 110 dollars from the CVS store in Rockland, Massachusetts (02370) on May 7. After the purchase, I realized that the numbers on the back of the card were damaged and could not be read, so I have been unable to redeem or use the card at all. I immediately returned to the CVS store to ask for help, but I was told that they could not do anything about the damaged card. My son has also contacted Amazon customer service about this situation, but we have not yet received any response or solution. I am requesting that the balance of 110 dollars on this damaged Amazon gift card be verified and made available to me, either by replacing the card or loading the amount to my Amazon account, so that I can use the money I have already paid.
