Amazon 4 Parcels Delivered to Neighbor Missing

I placed an order on Amazon that included Laila Chana Dal 2 kg, Laila green lentils 2 kg, Medicube jelly gel mask with brightening kojic acid and turmeric, Medicube facial Cleanse Zero capsules cleansing foam, Medicube Wrapping Mask kojic acid turmeric overnight peel‑off facial mask, Medicube jelly cream with collagen and niacinamide, and Medicube body peel shot with hypochlorous acid, with a total value of around £48. According to the tracking information, the parcel is marked as delivered on 22 August to a neighbour called “Peter”. I do not know anyone by that name in my building or on my street, and I have not received the parcel myself. I contacted Amazon customer service to report that I do not have the parcel and that I have no neighbour called Peter, but I have not received any response or solution so far. I request that my order either be resent or that a full refund of the approximately £48 be issued as soon as possible, as the order is clearly not in my possession despite being shown as delivered to an unknown person.
