I went to Denizli Private Surgical Hospital's emergency service as a patient around 9:30 PM on November 3, 2023. After the exam, they told me I had to get a blood test, a lung X-ray, and a serum. When I went to pay, they charged me 125 TL for the lung X-ray and 350 TL for the serum. They said my supplementary health insurance doesn't cover these costs. They took 475 Turkish Lira from me. Why am I getting billed even though I have extra health insurance and I'm no longer using the emergency service? Why do we even need this insurance?
