Allianz Insurance Denies Coverage for Postpartum Complication

Two months after giving birth on August 19, 2023, I had a problem while breastfeeding on October 14, 2023: mastitis, which is an infection in the milk ducts. Even though I had surgery, my doctor said the problem was caused by giving birth, which is written down in my medical records. But Allianz, my insurance company, won't pay because my policy doesn't cover benefits after giving birth. Even though my doctor agrees that the initial diagnosis was wrong, Allianz representatives refuse to accept the changes. Even though I've explained several times that the problem isn't related to giving birth, I'm still out of pocket after paying a lot of money (₺11,00) for medical bills.
