Big Time Sizing Trouble with AliExpress Leather Jacket!

I  usually wear a large, and that's what the size chart indicated for European sizing, so I went with that. I double-checked the chart before buying. And you know what? It turned out that the jacket was much too tiny! They may have sent me the incorrect size or the size chart is completely inaccurate. I notified them immediately to clarify the issue and ask for a replacement, regardless. Despite the passage of time, I still have not received a response from them. I am quite irritated by this.  I had assumed it to be a trustworthy platform. I would be greatly grateful if they could promptly resolve this matter and send me a jacket in the right size.
