AliExpress Order Held at Customs and Refund Still Pending

This complaint concerns the refund for a Lenovo TAB M10 TB-X505 Power Button that I ordered from the Looks Days Store on AliExpress under order number 1122294497178554. The product became stuck at the Istanbul Customs Office, so I was unable to receive it and returned it. I was not informed about any customs duties or taxes during the ordering process. If I had been told about these additional customs charges, I would not have placed the order in the first place. I had previously ordered products from Temu.com and never experienced anything like this because all applicable charges were paid during the ordering process.

I am requesting a full refund for the product that I was unable to receive due to the customs issue. I expect AliExpress to process my refund as soon as possible and provide a clear explanation regarding the status of my refund.
