Aliexpress Adds Extra Tax Value Against the Law and Regulations
I entered the e-commerce site Ali Expres. I selected and reserved a number of products from the catalog (basket) and a table of amounts appeared...For personal shopping from abroad to our country, the State has announced that it will impose a Gust duty from € 150.01. The tax digit was added. Domestic purchases are subject to excise tax. How does Ali Expres determine this tax bracket? Did they invent VAT too? But shouldn't it have a name? Let's find out, or are they messing with us too?

My Milwaukee charger, designed for the U.S. standard of around 110 volts, was accidentally exposed to a 220-volt current, causing its components to burn out. I checked the AliExpress catalog and purchased two suitable chargers and a kitchen vegetable and meat chopping knife. AliExpress, acting as an intermediary, connects the buyer with the seller's products, facilitating transactions. After payment, the money is transferred to the account, and the seller is instructed to ship the items to a specified address. The products, following Chinese customs procedures, arrived at the Istanbul Customs Directorate. However, due to uncertainties in content nature or value, the shipment has been blocked. AliExpress, where are you? Why aren't you notifying customs? It's been 17 days, additional storage fees are accumulating, and I need to know when my items will arrive. I'm in a tight spot if I don't get the faulty device repaired soon.
