The Gift I Ordered From AliExpress Got Stuck in Customs

I received a message from AliExpress stating that my order has been held by customs. I didn't place any orders. When I contacted the sender, they claimed it was a gift, but I need to pay a hefty fee in taxes to receive it. I also got a call from customs confirming that my item is indeed held there. When I reached out to AliExpress customer service, they couldn't find the tracking number provided and suggested it might be a prank. I'm unsure if this is a scam or if I'm making a mistake by not accepting it. But according to what I've learned from AliExpress, these things should be ignored. I'm also unsure about the authenticity of the number from customs; it's the same one that contacted me before. Below are the messages I received and the invoice image.
