On October 19, 2025, I placed an order for a TBK2205 laser IC removal machine on Alibaba (Order No: 279986398001027729). After placing the order, I spoke with customs brokers and learned that I might face serious issues with taxes and customs clearance. Therefore, since the product had not yet been shipped, I canceled the order on October 22, 2025.
I paid a total of $1,113.50 by credit card. The item was never shipped, and there is no activity in the shipment tracking history. The seller offered me a refund of $0, which they communicated to me via message. On Alibaba, my refund/cancellation request still appears as open, but I have not received any response from Alibaba’s customer service so far.
Since the order was canceled before shipping and the product was never delivered, I request a full refund of the $1,113.50 I paid. I ask that this process be expedited and my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
