Alibaba.com Refund Mystery, They Ignore All the Proofs I Sent Them

I provided evidence and wrote to Alibaba.com multiple times. The product was returned to me for a full refund. The item I purchased was supposed to be delivered to my door, but when I contacted DHL Turkey, they told me that even with the customs fee paid, I couldn't buy it because it was stuck in Hong Kong DHL's customs destruction and abandonment process. The product was brought right to my doorstep. On multiple occasions, I sent proof to Alibaba.com that I would not be paying for the item I had bought and that I would like my money returned. However, no payment was actually made. I will take this matter to the Consumer Protection Association's arbitration committee, the human rights court, and the media and news organizations. The site itself contains the games that are played on it. For the simple reason that customs treats the product as if it were abandoned and destroyed. They take advantage of people's vulnerabilities to make a profit; the locked item they send is worthless, in my opinion, and they do it all for ten dollars. From what I've seen, this is true.
