Alcatel MT40 Kid's Smartwatch Makes Random 112 Calls and Won't Turn Off

I purchased the Alcatel MT40 kid's smartwatch for my son, but it has a serious issue—it randomly dials 112 (emergency services) on its own. Even after I turned off the watch, it powered itself back on and dialed 112 again. One night, around 4 a.m., I was startled awake by a call from the watch, only to find it making emergency calls on its own. This has happened multiple times, filling the watch with numerous SOS calls. The device refuses to stay off, and even after removing the SIM card, it somehow continues attempting to dial 112. This situation is incredibly stressful and disruptive, especially for a children's product. I need immediate support from Alcatel to address this issue and ensure my son’s safety with a reliable product.
