As a fellow investor at Alba Brokers, my friend in the UK and I teamed up to share our investment journey. However, even though he gets round-the-clock support from his investment advisor, I can only get help during regular business hours. Having access to 24/7 support is extremely important to me, just like it is for any other member. Even after reaching out to customer support, they still haven't given me a solution. As a dedicated investor who values fairness, I kindly request that Alba Brokers address this inconsistency promptly and provide equitable support to all clients.
