I am unable to access my Huobi Global account, and despite contacting customer support, my issue remains unresolved. The system flagged a login from a "new IP," but I was the one attempting to log in. After this, I was locked out, and no progress has been made in resolving the matter.
I reached out to customer support, explaining the situation, but the lack of a timely resolution is highly frustrating. As a regular user, I expected better responsiveness from Huobi.
