Axess Commercial Credit Card Payment Issue

For the past two days, I have been trying to make payments through Google with my Axess Commercial credit card, but I keep receiving the following error: "Personal Additional Terms of Service Agreement. Your card issuer has declined this request. Contact your bank or use a different payment method. Learn more [OR-CCSEH-26]." I can use my card without any issues on other platforms, so I believe the problem is not with my card. As both an individual and commercial customer, I have contacted your customer service multiple times by phone and email to resolve this issue. However, I was only given an insufficient explanation of "CVV block" and no solution was provided. My card is under warranty, has no restrictions or blocks, and there is no issue with the expiration date. When I try to make the payment, no charge is made to my account and the transaction is completely declined. I request that my card (last 4 digits: 0376) work smoothly on Google and all other platforms. I expect this problem to be resolved urgently.
