My Credit Card Was Blocked After Only Two Delays and Caused Harm

Because I delayed two billing periods of my Axess credit card with the number 5571************390, Akbank blocked not only my own card but also my spouse’s supplementary credit card. However, according to legal regulations, if the minimum amount is not paid or payments are delayed three times within a calendar year, the card should only be blocked for cash usage, and only if the debt is not paid three times should the card be completely blocked. In my case, although I was only two periods late, both of our cards were completely blocked, leaving my spouse stranded at the supermarket. They are using rights that are not legally theirs, and I have been put in a difficult situation as a consumer. Because of what happened today, I believe Akbank has carried out an unlawful action and caused us harm. I contacted customer service about the issue, but no solution was provided. I request that our cards be reactivated and that our grievance be resolved.
