Akbank Shows No Refund from Hepsiburada in My Blocked Account Despite Claims
Hepsiburada claims to have deposited the money into my blocked bank account. I had purchased a water heater, but after 15 days, it was not delivered. I then requested a refund, and they informed me that the product was returned and the refund was deposited into my Akbank account on October 22. However, my Akbank account was blocked and later closed. During this process, I went to the bank three times and contacted Hepsiburada 5-6 times. They kept saying that the money was deposited into the bank. Today, I went to the bank again, stating the date it was supposedly deposited, but the bank confirmed that no such transaction occurred. I've been trying to get my money back for 20 days, and they keep stalling, telling me to wait another 10 days each time.
