I Deposited Money via QR Code ATM but It Has Not Reached My Account
I deposited money into my TEB Bank account using a QR code at an Akbank ATM because there were no TEB ATMs nearby. Two days have passed, and the money still hasn’t been credited to my account. Despite providing all the necessary information, I was told yesterday that the issue would be resolved within 4 business days. Today, however, I was informed that the other bank said it could take up to 25 days. Instead of finding a solution, they’ve just brushed me off. TEB isn’t taking responsibility, and Akbank is refusing to return my money even though all the transactions are documented.
