I Settled My Debt but Akbank Still Holds My Money Without Reason

On June 18th, I settled the total amount requested, covering all enforcement and attorney fees associated with my case. Even after meeting all my obligations, Akbank has unjustly held onto my money without providing a proper explanation. I reached out to them several times and filed three different complaints, yet all I got back was a vague reply: “Your money is in main follow-up.” This statement holds no significance for me as a customer seeking clarity on the funds that should be returned to me. I’ve fulfilled all my obligations, but the bank still retains my funds without providing any clear communication or resolution. I anticipated greater openness and responsibility from a prominent financial institution, and I now feel disappointed and overlooked.
