Akbank Misled Me About Chip Para Rewards After Spending ₺1458 Monthly for 7 Months

Two months ago, I spoke with Akbank, and they told me that if I spent ₺1458 per month for 7 months, I would receive ₺704 in Chip Para. I received the first month’s reward, but in the following months, I didn’t. So, I called customer service. When I spoke with them, they told me that I would only receive the reward for the first month and that I needed to spend ₺1058 per month for 12 months. But that’s not what I was told before. The previous customer representative misled me. I'm the only one who’s been affected here. I can't believe such a prestigious bank would act so poorly. It’s shameful, really shameful.
