Unprofessional Staff and Check-In Issues with AJet, Never Flying Again

We had a flight with AJet, and despite checking in, we were told it wasn’t done, causing unnecessary confusion and stress. To make matters worse, we witnessed a supervisor scolding the staff member who was trying to help us, right in front of us. This was highly unprofessional. The employee was told not to leave their post, and we barely made it onto the flight. It was an awful experience, and I’ve never seen such poor treatment of both customers and staff. The in-flight comfort was also very disappointing. I’ll never choose AJet again, even if it’s free.
