Ajet Made Me Miss My Flight After Sending Me to the Wrong Waiting Area

I got to the airport an hour early for my Ajet flight, feeling confident I had enough time, but things quickly spiraled into chaos. The staff guided me to the incorrect area and made me wait, only to tell me—just 30 minutes before departure—that I had "missed" my flight. Rather than admitting their error, they chose to ridicule me with the comment, "If only you knew where to wait." I was shocked by how nonchalantly they dealt with the situation after providing wrong information. I felt completely disrespected after putting in all the effort on my end. There was a complete lack of effort to provide assistance or propose a solution. I paid for a service and felt like I was an inconvenience.
