Unfair Ticket Cancellation Policy At Ajet

I accidentally purchased a ticket through Ajet by selecting the incorrect date. As soon as I purchased the ticket, I called customer support to cancel it. And the answer I received was that all of the money could not be repaid. It can be reimbursed by eliminating around 20-25%. What type of odd practice is this? I want that all of my money be reimbursed. In the next round, I want to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
