Ajet Charged 85 Percent Cancellation Fee for My Flight

On January 4, 2025, I bought a flight ticket using the Obilet app for an Ajet flight set for January 7, 2025, from Istanbul Airport to Erzincan Airport. So, on January 6, 2025, I made the choice to cancel my ticket. I reached out to customer service and found out that because the flight date was coming up soon, they would take 85 percent of the ticket price as a cancellation fee. Because of this big deduction, my cancellation request didn't go through. I think this policy is not fair, particularly for travelers who might have to cancel their plans right before the flight because of unexpected situations. Could you please take another look at the cancellation terms? This situation has put a bit of a financial strain on me.
