Ajet Compensation Request Due To Flight Delay And Resulting Inconvenience

Dear Sir/Madam, On January 19, 2025, my Ajet flight from Russia was delayed by 45 minutes, causing me to miss my connecting flight to İzmir. Due to this delay, I was unable to arrive at work on time despite taking only a half-day leave. As a result, I was forced to take an entire day of unpaid leave. Additionally, the private transportation arrangement I had to get from the airport to Foça was canceled due to the change in flight timing. This left me no choice but to spend 3,000-4,000 TL on taxi fare. Moreover, my spouse had to cancel all of her scheduled meetings due to this incident, causing additional disruption to her professional commitments. My requests are as follows: 1. Reimbursement of my taxi expenses, 2. Compensation for the unpaid leave I had to take due to the delay, 3. Compensation for the professional and financial losses incurred by my spouse. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it to the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursue legal action. I kindly request the immediate resolution of this matter and the reimbursement of the damages caused by your flight delay. Sincerely,
A feedback was made with no reference to the victimization, completely prioritizing their own interests. I will not buy a ticket from the institution that accepts they have victimized people and whose solutions do not go beyond apologizing. I will also describe it to my company and friends in a way that will lower its brand value. I will not let anyone buy tickets. They will pay the price for such indifference with the 40 active flight sales representatives and 80 staff/families they have lost.
